Kevin Fronczak f7bc4c7f93 Move all login handling to auth class 
- Update quick start guide with new flow
- If token given at startup don't bother with logging in (token will be
  auto-refreshed on failed server request anyways)
- Update to v4 login by default (2FA endpoint)
